Only by doing a good job in the maintenance of CNC machine tools can the machining accuracy of the machine be maintained in the best state and the service life of the machine can be extended. Today Leapion Laser will share with you some basic maintenance methods of CNC machine tools, as follows:
Use a vacuum cleaner or an air gun to clean up the dust in the electric box (Note: Be sure to cut off the power supply, wait for the inverter to have no display and the main circuit power indicator light is off, and then operate it. For example, use an air spray gun to empty the air pipe first. water);
Check electrical components, check and tighten terminals. After cleaning, put the desiccant in the cabinet.
After cleaning the dust and impurities on the screw, rack and guide rail of the machine tool, use a brush to apply lubricating oil on the rack and guide rail (use the machine tool guide oil ISO VG-32~68 mechanical oil, but prohibit the use of grease) The rail frame has oil, manually press the lubricator oiling button to let the lubricant enter each slider.
Drill floor: clean the surface impurities, then inject 5cc lubricating oil from the filling port, and run for 5 minutes after adding;
Spindle and tool holder: Remove the tool holder on the spindle, wipe the spindle taper hole with a clean cloth, and wipe a little oil on the tool holder.
The tools need to be removed and cleaned, rust-proof, apply a little oil on the knife, and arrange it.
Vacuum pump: the user of the water-cooled vacuum pump cleans the water in the vacuum pump, the sediment in the water tank is washed with clean water, and the air-cooled vacuum pump cleans the filter element;
Vacuum cleaner: clean the dust and impurities at the suction port;
Oil-water separator: The water in the bed oil-water separator is discharged.
Daily inspection
The daily inspection is based on the normal condition of the system. The main items include hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system, guide rail lubrication system, cooling system, and air pressure system.
Weekly inspection
The main items of weekly inspection include machine tool parts and spindle lubrication system, which should be properly inspected every week, especially for machine tool parts to remove iron filings and clean external debris.
monthly inspection
The monthly inspection is mainly to check the power supply and air dryer.
Under normal conditions, the rated voltage of the power supply is 180v~220v, and the frequency is 50hz. If there is any abnormality, it should be measured and adjusted.
The air dryer should be disassembled once a month, then cleaned and assembled.
quarterly inspection
The quarterly inspection is mainly carried out from the three aspects of the machine bed, hydraulic system and spindle lubrication system.
When checking the machine bed, it mainly depends on whether the accuracy of the machine tool and the level of the machine tool meet the requirements in the manual. If there is any problem, you should contact the mechanic immediately.
When checking the hydraulic system and the spindle lubrication system, if there is any problem, replace the new oil and clean it.
Semi-annual inspection
After the CNC machine tool is used for half a year, the hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system and X axis of the machine tool should be checked. If there is a problem, new oil should be replaced and cleaned.
