With the development of CNC technology, CNC woodworking lathes have more and more functions, and the processed products are becoming more and more diverse and complex. Today Leapion Laser shares ten common problems about CNC woodworking engraving machines and their solutions.
Cause: The power cord is not connected properly or the fuse is blown. The signal wire is loose or disconnected.
Solution: Check the wiring of the power cord, disassemble the electric box to replace the fuse, and check whether the power cord and the signal line are in good contact.
Reason: The click button is damaged, and the click button tail falls off or is short-circuited.
Solution: Replace the click button and reconnect the tail.
Cause: Phase loss of power supply, blown fuse, or tripped thermal relay.
Solution: Check power wiring, replace fuse, reset thermal relay.
Reason: There are debris in the moving direction of the stepping motor, which causes the rotation to be blocked, the column is too large, the inner diameter of the center sleeve is small, the resistance is large, and the driver is faulty.
Solution: Clear debris, power cycle, unify column and center sleeve size, replace driver.
Reason: The stepper motor control line is broken.
Solution: Reconnect the control wires. In particular, check for loose or disconnected plugs on the control system wiring board below the button control board. Check for loose or disconnected wiring and plugs on the stepper motor.
Reason: The center sleeve is not processed as required, and the concentricity is not high; the standard processing method is to combine the bearing block and the inner circle into one. The processed parts must not move in the middle, otherwise the inner and outer circles will not be concentric.
Solution: Click to re-customize the center cover.
Reason: If the machining program is lost after the control system is powered off, and the machining program is re-entered after the machine tool is powered on, the machine tool can process normally, it may be that the voltage of the backup battery is reduced or disconnected, causing the machining program in the data memory to be lost after the machine tool is powered off. Unable to keep and lost.
Solution: Just replace the spare battery.
If the machining program is often partially or completely lost during the machining process, it is very likely that the data memory is faulty. At this time, the off-chip data memory or the microcontroller itself can be replaced.
Reason 1:One possibility is that the connection between the lead screw or the nut and the lathe is loose. When idling, there is no cutting resistance, and the sliding plate runs normally. Due to the increased cutting resistance during processing, the connection between the lead screw or the nut and the lathe is loose, causing the size of the processed workpiece to drift.
Solution: Tighten the connection part and the fault can be eliminated.
Reason 2:Another possibility is the electric tool holder. If the tool holder cannot be automatically locked after tool change. The above phenomenon can also be caused by the deviation of the tool from the machining point during cutting.
Solution: Check the tool holder locking device and tool holder control box at this time.
Cause: Wrong load center point. Turn the ejector pin, the center of the center sleeve, and the tailstock ejector pin out of focus.
Solution: Adjust the orientation of the feed rack.
Reason: This phenomenon is generally caused by the phase failure of the stepper motor or its control system. It may be that the stepper motor itself is faulty or its drive circuit is faulty.
Solution: First check whether the connection plug of the stepper motor is in good contact. If it is in good contact, replace the motor without fault to verify whether the motor is in good condition.
If the motor still does not work normally after replacing, it means that its control part is abnormal. You can focus on checking the high-power triode on the driver board and its protective element release diode.
