Before starting up, first make sure that all the connections between the CNC engraving machine and the computer are normal, and then turn on the engraving machine power supply and the computer power supply. After the system is started, enter the CNC system.
After starting the system (before entering the automatic processing, the system will judge whether the machine tool has "returned to mechanical origin"), a dialog box of "return to mechanical origin" will appear first, click the corresponding button, the engraving machine will automatically return to the mechanical origin position, and Correct the coordinate system.
Check the input and output of each signal, check whether there is a fault signal, to ensure that the woodworking engraving machine can be processed safely.
Before processing, the user generally needs to load the required processing program, otherwise all the functions of automatic processing are invalid.
Select [File (F)] -> [Open and Load (O)...] menu, a standard Windows file operation dialog box will pop up, and you can select the file to be processed.
Or click the right mouse button in the automatic processing window to pop up a shortcut menu, select [Open and Load (O)...], and select the desired processing file in the pop-up file operation dialog box. Then, after clicking the "Open" button, the processing program is loaded into the system. At this time, you can click the "Auto" window to view the current processing program.
1) Display manual operation interface
Click on the [Manual] window with the mouse to display a manual operation interface, on which the engraving machine can be manually operated.
2) Manual movement
Manual movement can be realized by clicking the corresponding button on the manual operation interface with the mouse. You can also manually move the CNC woodworking engraving machine through the small number keys on the keyboard. Note that you must first switch the input focus to the manual window. The specific method is to first switch to the manual window, then click any position of the manual window with the left mouse button, and press the corresponding number key on the keyboard to realize manual movement.
The origin of X, Y, Z, A coordinates in the processing program is the workpiece origin. Before processing, you first need to set the origin of the workpiece, the specific method is:
Manually move the X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis and A-axis of the engraving machine to the position of the workpiece origin desired by the user, and clear the coordinate value of the current position in the coordinate window (or select [Operation (O)] -> [Settings] The current point is the origin of the workpiece]), so that the current position is used as the origin of the workpiece for processing when the processing program is executed.
7. Automatic processing. Automatic processing means that the woodworking engraving machine machine tool automatically performs processing according to the selected processing program.
